The photographs are giving me vertigo and I really think they should have taken the loo ones from an alternative angle. However, there's a lot to be said for an eye level grill, much better when you're doing kippers or toasted cheese I think.Owain_Moneysaver said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/145984412#/?channel=RES_BUY

Estimated well over £12k per year for energy costs. I can't remember if it was closer to £13k. More than I've ever paid for rent on a house. (Though, I've never rented a house like that.)Green_hopeful said:

Effectively 7 reception and 4 bed, although the 2 smallest reception could be bedrooms so 5 recep, 6 bed. But only 3 bath or shower. Can't see much interest at £1M. Would it be possible to demolish one of the single storey wings and build a second house?FreeBear said:Another one from lil'Sis.... Has a sewing room which was her main "must have". OK, we've finished refurbishing this house. How did you do on the back garden? I thought you were doing the back garden. What? Not me. Hey, third person, did you do the back garden? I thought one of you two was doing the back garden.
