Mostly luck and looking at a lot of pages.
On Rightmove you can scroll the pictures without opening the listing ,zoom in the page a little, By doing that you can rule out a lot of bland staged homes, Also setting to 40 miles will get you a lot of homes outside towns that may be more unique.
The is also order by new/old that will get homes that are hard to sell for some reason.
