"All flooring included" - they really were scrabbling for things to say. Also - walls and roof come WITH SALE. ALL ROOF TILES are in the price. Offers on Front Door will be considered.0

Having looked at the planning permission portal, I feel that has made me even less sure of what is being bought and what isn't. The photo of the garden being in the listing would suggest that's part of the deal. The dividing line on my screen grab suggests to me that at least one of the houses streetside aren't part of the package, but what is? Which building is the attached Sunday school?
I'm reminded of someone who posted on this forum having bought a house at auction and then found that the garden wasn't part of the property that they bought.

So a big bite has been taken out of next doors rear garden to accommodate the hall, leaving the right hand house only a narrow path to reach the rest of their garden.
Access for maintenance could be an issue?1 -

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/145978826#/?channel=RES_BUYI see a rabbit in the living room to... bet the house stinks.I'm not even against pets (cats and dogs are fine as long as they haven't been !!!!!! on the floorboards etc...) but rabbits aren't toilet trained so are particularly incontinent and smelly when kept in doors.
Might be a bit cold to keep a rabbit outdoors during the winter.0 -

That first one's listing helpfully tells you the mortgage would be £51,489 a month, the 3rd one £352,288 a month.2 -

It could be an interesting conversion, with bedrooms and bathrooms created by reinstating walls in the original house. Then the hall would be an open plan living space, maybe with a mezzanine bedroom. Fantastic space for an artist or musician?
