I think I did see the EA but couldn’t see a cat. Yes there seems to be quite a lot of junk corners in this house.

Bit of a !!!!!! take to call that a 3 bed given your wouldn't be able to get a single bed into 'bedroom 3' (they barely fit a desk).

Its essentially a 1 master bedroom, a box room and a cupboard (that they struggle to even show as an office).

I see a rabbit in the living room to... bet the house stinks.

I'm not even against pets (cats and dogs are fine as long as they haven't been !!!!!! on the floorboards etc...) but rabbits aren't toilet trained so are particularly incontinent and smelly when kept in doors.

I'd heard of rabbits being litter trained, so I had a quick google. This site says that they can be:

Note that I wanted to find a page from the UK and from a recognisable organisation. This page seems far more optimistic about the process of toilet training rabbits than other pages I saw.
