Have clearly been hanging around this board too long though, couldn't help but wonder how much maintenance all that flat roof would cost...

The access is great though so that reduces costs together with be able to easily head off serious problems taking hold but I guess if you can afford this you are maybe not too worried about these matters.

Pretty sure those windows wouldn't class as legal.

We have looked into this recently and I believe a window has to have a minimum width of 45cm to comply with fire regulations. These don't look big enough... imagine trying to squeeze through those in a fire situation.

My first thought was 1920s Art Deco - The 1934 build date surprised me a little.

And you don't get much of a garden for £2.2m.

I haven’t read the description but from the outside it looks like an old school building. 

The external architecture reminds me of some of the buildings on 1930s built RAF bases.  The Messes, Mess Hall and barrack blocks didn't look like that inside, though!

Another wacky kitchen floor, but above all the comedy cat.  My theory is that the owners have given the agents the key, and the first they know of where their furry friend plonks it’s backside during their working day is when they see the listing… 😆

Like one posted here a while back.  Someones neighbours house came on the market so they had a look to see the neighbours house, and found their cat asleep on a bed in the neighbours house.
