This is a genuine question, but I think it sort of fits here. This must be the cheapest 4 bedroom house around my way, but look at the size/shape of the loft rooms.

E.g. here's one loft room. The other doesn't look much, if any, better. 



Here's the streetview. I guessed this was a loft conversion, but all the houses in that block seem to have similar dormers. Are these all likely to be original? 



Note: I'm not motivated to buy this. Just curious.

I’ve always assumed that these were for the “live in” servants, for when girls went “into service” for the wealthier.

Those houses would't have servants, they are original but they may have been built as shops.

My former large 1902 house had servant bell buttons.

I think this is a case where being empty is the best way of presenting the property. I think the camera angles are better too. The location there is quite convenient really. A not too bad walk into town, and plenty of buses as well. It's on the A50-ish. 'ish' because I'm not sure if it's officially A50 on that bit, but it's the same road. I would think no chance of parking near that, however. But, cheap 4-bed.
