I may be completely wrong, but look closely at pictures 5&6 of the fire damaged house.  That looks like the outline of a person by the settee, and picture 6 looks like a pelvis and leg bone shadow.  Hopefully whoever it was was overcome by smoke inhalation rather than burnt to death.

Not sure what you think happens to fire damaged houses? 

They are classic doer-ups so this is pretty common, loads like that on rightmove. 

I mean it has sold.

They are rare with stuff in them, empty homes are targeted by vandals so thats common, usually insurance takes care of things.
