Another almost worth it for the address - https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/142927037#

Ouch! I didn't realise that Oxford was so expensive.
This was the typical 3 bed 1930's semi that i grew up in.  All they have achieved with that loft conversion is trading the usual tiny 3rd bedroom for a slightly bigger one in the loft.  But still 3 bedrooms.
A few doors down, another loft conversion, but they managed to squeeze four bedrooms in by converting from hip to gable roof - https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/142228424#

It's just...  You know...  That roof, man.  That roof used to be cool.  Me and that roof used to, you know, listen to a few records and groove about and, once, that roof, it opened my third eye.  But now it's square, sold out to the man.  Far out what can happen to a roof these days when the military industrial complex gets involved.  I could tell you some things...

Oddly shaped property which appears to be a garage and (part of?) a basement. Potentially being sold by or tenanted by someone who may or may not have much of their hearing left.

I’m surprised that’s even mortgageable, and no sign of washing facilities!

Wow.  Just wow.  The speakers in picture 9 are probably worth more than the rest of the property.

And are those a collection of odd solar PV panels inside the front window?  that is a first.

Council tax TBC suggests it does not even have planning as a separate residential unit and someone has been living there on the quiet.  there is no way it meets any building regulations.  A cold miserable death trap.  I hope nobody is desparate enough to pay that much for it.

Perhaps they are trying to find a way to bring the EPC up from its current 'G' rating.

The embarrassing thing is: I found this property while looking in earnest. I've offered to buy my son a property, but he's staying in Brighton at the moment and would like to stay there. I was looking to see what might be within the budget I have. It took me a bit to snap out of serious looking mode to realise it was a case of: '!!!!!! is this?'
