With it being raised up like that (from what we can see of the back) that screams to me of the adjoining land and probably the garden being a flood risk. Lets hope they have done thir sums and the habitable space is above the flood level.0 -

You can see the front of the property on the video tour. In many ways I think it's quite stunning inside and some aspects are very creative.
Maybe not the cheesy swiss wall painting. And you can see each led bulb in the reflections
But outside it just looks like a typical bungalow and with very little outdoor space I think
