It might not quite be ready to move into.

Low price to tempt lots of people to the auction?

Yes they certainly love their wood! I can’t stand it. I couldn’t see the saloon doors in the bedroom, but the conservatory looks like a 1970’s clubhouse on a caravan site perhaps.
Even the garden looks really sad and unloved.
I disagree that the house is sad and unloved. The decoration style is from the early 1970s and has clearly been well maintained and therefore has probably been very well loved for over half a decade. Whilst the style is very dated, the care with which it has been maintained is admirable.
I think you mean "half a century"

Understatement of the year, looking at the pictures.

Given the state of the floor in pics 20 and 21 I think the photographer went 'above and beyond' getting the internal pics.

They are proposed plans only for the building being returned to use as a hotel. I think most developers would be looking towards converting it into apartments. Although it is Grade 2 Listed, I don't think it would be to much of a problem to persuade Historic England to agree providing the conversions are carried out sympathetically and there is little change to the exterior. A building of that size will quickly deteriorate and some of the fabric could be lost if it is neglected and left for a long time.

What would put me off would be the layout. Having the downstairs toilet behind the kitchen isn't ideal, but particularly off putting for FTBs is the split staircase. It isn't ideal that anyone, especially little ones, wanting the bathroom needs to go up and down some stairs from the bedroom. Not a lot you can do about that.

What you can do, is dress the house. A furnished house looks so much better than an empty one. People have a hard job imagining the place occupied.

and saloon doors in the bedroom as an added bonus
In many ways that is a sad house.  Sad because it is so cheap, meaning (no offence meant) it is a grotty estate in a deprived area.  If someone gave you a free plot of land you would not be able to build a house for that price, even one as basic as that.
But it is in the popular town of Alloa - Will need to check maps to see where that is...

Central Scotland. The location is not the best (convenient for the local recycling site) but just over half a mile from a railway station with direct trains into Glasgow Queen Street and you have an Asda, Aldi, Lidl, Tesco and Morrisons.
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.

just dropping by with an example of overuse of AI bordering on misrepresentation...

wow!  "You will see in the images that two of the lounge images are AI generated. There is a specific reason for this and when you call us to book a viewing we will explain all. However, the room in these AI images is the actual lounge!" That seems very questionable.

Also, why does the virtually staged lounge have TVs at both ends?
Perhaps an obscure attempt to sell the place to Elvis Presley?
