I would me more worried about the structure. Look at the missing bricks above the upstairs window, diagonal crack in brickwork above front door etc.RelievedSheff said:

There's a house about 10 min walk from my home which my dad discovered. It's a detached property with two bay windows (built 30s-late 40s) and the rendering has fallen off between the two bays. Massive crack on one side - which can put hand in. Seen the owner - in his 90s and can see when the house goes on the market, some mortgage companies may not give a mortgage.
The latest SV update is 2013 and doesn't show the full crack, can see a crack in the rendering.0 -
Built in the 60s, decor from the 80s (peach walls and sofas!)

We had those brown bathroom tiles floor to ceiling on every wall in the bathroom when we moved into this house! They pop up a couple of times a year on this thread it seemsRelievedSheff said:

The building looks like something you see in an industrial estate. Only modern thing in the property is the Ikea Poang chair.cloo said:Built in the 60s, decor from the 80s (peach walls and sofas!)

Also, according to floor plan, why is there a toilet within a bathroom with a toilet already in it?0 -

OK, I'm intrigued about the history! We have actually been looking for bungalows and it does irritate me when they are advertised as bungalows but actually have an upstairs (dormer/chalet etc). Also they advertise a double garage but the floor plan suggests that half of it has been converted.in_my_wellies said:
I'd not noticed that. It points to the hotel where we held our wedding reception, when it was independent and very posh - or so we though, truth was we could walk thereDavesnave said:in_my_wellies said:Added July 2016 - but for sale long before that. No price reduction either
https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-83906399.htmThey haven't even made the pin on the map correspond with the location. Sheesh!
The bungalow has a history, more to the poor listing than stated0 -
The boiler in the kitchen looks pretty new.od244051 said:

Another "what a bathroom".... https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-93728009.html - Kitchen might be a bit tired too.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
