Our friends finally sold a few months ago after 3 years of excruciating marketing. Every time viewers arrived, they were greeted by aggressive barking from the immediate neighbour's 3 rescue dogs.

Finally, the right people came along. Apparently, they have 4 dogs, two of which seem the size of bears, plus 4 kids. I'm not sure how many ferrets.There is no appreciable garden. I call that justice.

The description surprisingly doesn't mention this land is next to a busy pub, opposite the school and has a right of way around it. Still it's a very nice village

Amazingly, in those years, the agent hasn't bothered to punctuate the first sentence or correct the two errors in it. They haven't even made the pin on the map correspond with the location. Sheesh!

I'd not noticed that. It points to the hotel where we held our wedding reception, when it was independent and very posh - or so we though, truth was we could walk there 

The bungalow has a history, more to the poor listing than stated

Not inherently more dangerous than a gas fire.

I'd be more concerned about the bed being propped up on bricks, like somebody's stolen the wheels.

Yet amid all that , a Kandinsky on the wall. 
Something abstract to look at, to try to distract from the general grimness.
