Thanks @KeithP. I'll give that a try. It just seems so crazy that an 'enhanced and updated' forum platform is unable to offer some of the very basic (and seamless) functions of its now redundant and discarded predecessor, 10 years its elder!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

@KeithP is right and that is the way to do it.  I also had the problem if you start a reply and then want to go to another page of the same thread, you lose all the reply - annoying - but, having learned the hard way, I just open multiple tabs; in fact I usually have one open for the NEWBIES sticky and one for reading/replying to posts.

What I hate (as well) is, if you want to apply bold or italics (there is no underline option) to a pretty long post, you have to go up to the TOP of the post to do that which is daft.  A minor thing but annoying.

As is the fact that sometimes when you want to add a quote box around certain words that you have highlighted, it puts the quote box across your entire post...

    ...there is no underline option...
    Use ctrl+U to underline.

...and ctrl+I and ctrl+B for italics and bold respectively without the need to scroll to the top of the post.

Have you considered counter claiming, perhaps for harassment, data breach or interference with your leasehold rights under Housing Acts?

    Hi All,

After e-mailing both Link and BW Legal, I haven't yet heard back from Link, however, I have heard back from BW Legal asking to confirm my address to discuss the matter further.

From reading the sticky, I knew not to fill their 'forms' or provide intrusive data such as passport etc., but should I confirm my address (not sure if this is a simple ID verification)? When they say it is to discuss the matters further, is it regarding further steps such as court case? Just wanted to check if I should respond to their e-mail with my address or wait for Link to respond to the SAR request first.

    Thanks in advance.

Of course you should give them your address.  Insist on all  communication on paper/email.   Never engage in 'phone calls with PPCs.

ID verification is fine as long as you don't provide intrusive info with photos/date of birth data, like your passport or driving licence.
