The only thing Allay are specialists are are parting people with large sums of cash under the guise of having done some work.

The ‘getting money back that I paid’ line makes me laugh, given it’s coming from a bankrupt with nearly £40k debt.

I think the OP is a WUM at this point so I’m out.

    Good luck, fool

Alley made it clear to me that they wont chase me at any stage for fees of any kind. And explained to me there has been one successful claim already through me, but the OR had it all minus the percentage that went to Alley. I didnt even know about that until today.

But like I said I am only relaying back here what Alley told me, dont shoot the messenger. They insisted any future successful claims that might go to me, and yes it does sometimes happen regardless of bankruptcy so they said, they get their percentage from my share then.
Its common Alley said for them to get their percentage from the OR. I guess the OR doesnt mind cause its money they wouldn't have otherwise had.

Thats twice I have rang Alley due to me starting to get paranoid from the scaremongering on here, and I dont know what its cost me in calls yet, but hey oh, at least I know I wont get stung for fees from Alley or anyone, and might get some money back. Money I payed.

The OR legally gets the money without paying 10%. Who do you think gets it if they don't?

Labsuper, sorry I never suggested the OR pays anything. But Alley said he doesnt charge anything either.

Let me put it this way, I am just one person of thousands it seems that have mistakenly claimed PPI even after being discharged of bankruptcy.

When I was bankrupt in April 2008 I was 39 years old and certainly didnt hear of miss sold PPI, so wasent aware that one day everyone could claim back their PPI, so as the years rolled on I'm now 50, I was getting loads of emails and texts from Alley urging me to claim my PPI before its too late, and I certainly didnt sign or fill out any forms so I dont know how they got the ball rolling for me to start claiming my PPI. But I must have accidentally clicked on something or replied to a text which has triggered this, I honestly dont know. I wouldn't have done it knowingly because I have asked before on here if I can claim it, and all the replies were no.

So how can I stop this now? I admit I have been very nieve in all this, and never understood good money managment which is why I was bankrupt in the first place.

Its confusing to find out today that Alley have told me one successful claim has gone ahead already which I'd be no wiser about if I didnt ring Alley today, and I dont know how much the claim was for, but they said it all went to the OR and Alley got their percentage, and they agreed to send me a letter to say I have personslly been unsuccessful this time but no charges will occur. Thats all I know. But what strikes me as odd is if this claim has already happened how have not recieved any letters or anything until I asked for them, or worse any letters or charges from the OR?

So how do I stop this now?

...who said:- Yet again I have just got off the phone to Alley, they explained to me any successful claims that go to the OR Alley would get their 10% from there.

ALLAY not Alley...unless you know better?

Sorry Allay. The thing is I dont know better. But I'm weary of knowing who to believe. Nothing personal but who do I believe the PPI experts or someone claiming to know everything on here. I want to believe both but cant.

I, and the good people who have given you advice have nothing to gain financially by misleading you...Allay however do.
