That's such a naive reply from the First Minister, given the current BSI/MHCLG consultations and FULL knowledge and unanimous opinion of MPs, that the industry operates an ''outrageous scam'' and that the IAS (and POPLA) are not independent.    That person seems to have no idea about the new Act or the involvement of the Governments from all UK countries, in creating a new Code of Practice to stop the worst rogue practice and to remove the likes of the IAS!

Did you know that IAS adjudicators allowed 5% of appeals last year?

Also, the issue isn't Planning Permission it's lack of Advertising Consent.

But the way to make a real difference is for your and ALL your family to answer the questions and give your opinions in the current BSI and MHCLG consultations.
