Well done on your win.
Please help us by coming back to the parking forum in two to three weeks time to comment on the mandatory CoP that should be available for public consultation around then.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks6 -

They have wasted your time, now waste some of theirs, consider this,

Of course I will come back here in about 3 weeks as you have suggested....hopefully it will help others.....this claim failed on the discrepancy between their Witness statement and their alleged Statement of Authority/contract (copies of which have been previously listed on my threads). It maybe important in future for Defendants to check the Claimants Witness Statement thoroughly and make sure it all matches..... as my next point to the Judge would have been to point out that there were 4 pages of their Witness statement, which did not refer to my case at all and had obviously been copied and pasted from another completely different case! With a signed statement of truth!

Poor comments from the judge who clearly cannot define between the rich and poor

Discrimination or harassment are pretty high bars to get over
Obtaining your data without just cause is probably easier , with say £300 to £500 as a claim figure
It will cost them money to fight it , even if you lose your £25
Well done for seeing it through and making them eat dust !!!6 -
Well done Janet. I love it when someone wins and even more so against this company.
From memory there is another poster who is having a similar issue with the Excel/VCS switcheroo at the moment.

how can they continue to get away with it..........how is it that judges do not realise that they have no legal right to claim because they are not the Landowner, and also accept and refer to their alleged agreement as......... a contract..............I was also under the impression that Solicitors are officers of the court and are not supposed to, knowingly, act improperly.... therefore how come these legal firms can continue to act for these Parking companies................3
