    Hello D_P_Dance
Are you suggesting that  I should claim my costs back from the claimant in this way? I was going to look into submitting a claim for Discrimination?

Well done Janet. I love it when someone wins and even more so against this company.

From memory there is another poster who is having a similar issue with the Excel/VCS switcheroo at the moment.

how can they continue to get away with it..........how is it that judges do not  realise that  they have no legal right to claim because they are not the Landowner, and also accept and refer to their alleged agreement as......... a contract..............I was also under the impression that Solicitors are officers of the court and are not supposed to, knowingly, act improperly.... therefore how come these legal firms can continue to act for these  Parking companies................
