The legal team employed by these companies are financially exploiting motorists by issuing large amounts of vexatious claims in the small claims court. Abuse of process.

Janet, It's possible that Covid19 will see this company off.  It will certainly put a dent in their profits. 

If they give the MP the courtesy of a reply they will not be very polite. SRS is a law unto himself. He was in the business of clamping at one time. Just shows how low he will stoop. What is unbelievable is that he has this mindset that what he is doing is OK.  

If he continues to treat people in this way eventually it will backfire. Karma is a !!!!!!.

What an idiot I am.....my dyslexia strikes again......and I am so  mad......that this totally corrupt company is  still allowed to continue to operate unlawfully in our society!

Make sure you add comments in August when the new draft CoP for private parking is put out for public comments because it's real victims like you, who need to be heard by Ministers.

 Janet, I also fell foul of Excel and I will be adding my comment when the new draft CoP is put out for public comments. I hope that many others who have been taken to court will also add comments. They have ticketed some motorists who were not even parked on their car parks. Keep Calm should comment if she can because she was awarded extra costs. 

The impact on the travel industry will have an impact on this company as they operate in train stations and airports. They also operate in shopping centres so they are going to struggle. Sorry to see many lose their jobs but not sorry about the PPC's. Good riddance. 

Many times during my fight with Excel I wished that a great big hole would appear and swallow up the company along with SJS and the other directors. Did not quite expect it to happen in the form of Covid19.  I should be careful what I wish for.
