Is there a certain procedure that has to be followed in order to obtain a full transcript of the court hearing? I have contacted the Small Claims Court in Swansea a few times by email which has produced no response and I have also telephoned but I keep getting cut off.0 -
I'm not sure how to obtain a transcript of your own case (you can't buy someone else's), but I do know that it will cost a lot of money. I think you are talking several hundred quid.

It has been mentioned numerous times on here , I believe you contact one of the companies and give them the details of the hearing etc , you pay them to obtain it and do it2 -
