I’ll be switching back to Aqua until the cashback on there gets yanked too0

Via the app- how do you do a bank transfer? It only gives you the option to pay within the app doesnt it? I would MUCH rather pay it off this way than the rubbish app.jimbo26 said:MiraculousM wrote: »I got the aqua card and frankly its pretty rubbish so i dont know how i am going to use this when i travel. I got a limit of under a grand despite having great credit, made two transactions, and just paid them off and its still not appearing my amount that i have as "available spend". This is key for when im using a card abroad especially one with such an high APR.
I might stick to my santander card for overseas and just be safe in the knowledge that at least i am going to get no cashback.
I am mad at tandem for doing this and basically ruining the card as i loved having it
How did you pay it off? I pay mine with a bank transfer and it updates the available spend almost straight away.

My Tandem cashback this month amounted to 66p... I usually get arount £5-6 minimum and continued my normal spending habits, so looks like they've already started cutting people off from the card's benefits

If you typically spend £1000 per month on the card, your spending in the past month has been no different, and you haven't had significant refunds of past transactions, then it sounds like you are entitled to some more cashback.leodis23 said:My Tandem cashback this month amounted to 66p... By any chance was some of that spending considered balance transfers? I just queried my statement and they told me its because I've used curve to make payments considered balance transfers which don't count towards cashback any more.leodis23 said:My Tandem cashback this month amounted to 66p... Funny how if you look on their website they don’t actually offer balance transfers on their cards. I’m sure they won’t add any balance transfer fees as they’d likely not have a leg to stand on legally, but I think these cowboys are just trying to claw back as much money as possible from all of the customers they’re about to lose. I use the card almost exclusively with curve so will likely have no cashback at all when my next statement comes through. Considering using the ‘go back in time’ feature on curve to change all my payments from the last 14 days to my tandem replacement, doubt customer service will budge as they aren’t in the business of customer retention clearly.chamelion said:
