As an aside, I have just one "Swago" square left to fill. I am a relative newbie to Swagbucks and am not sure what the "Redeem a Swag Code from the SwagButton" means. Is this the shopping pop-up as I never seem to have any with codes on ?

It gave me an error saying merchant not valid (asda) but then worked on a further attempt! Thanks for that.

You have to have the swagbutton installed on your browser then look out for the code, usually late afternoon/early evening. I don't think it ticks the swago square if you submit the code through the link in the browser, unless there's been a change.

Hi, thanks for replying. I have been clicking on the links for the codes from the code thread but I must be doing something wrong as that Swago square just doesn't change colour. That's why I thought that maybe it was to do with the shopping side of things, especially after I clicked on the Swago square and it linked to the shopping side of things.

Maybe I'm entering the code in the wrong place? I don't know but do know that I have s lot to learn 😁

After clicking on the link, where are you actually entering the code it gives you?  Through the Swagbutton, through the menu on the left-hand side of the main page, or through the mobile app?  Also, it is best to copy and paste the code, because typing it can lead to errors.

It is definitely nothing to do with the Shop part of the system.

There's one available now. Click on the swagbutton and then onto the swag code tab. Click "check now" to see if there's an active code. That should give you a "Go Now" button. Click that to go through to the page which is Lovehoney on this occasion.  There should be a longish code, fairly high on the page. Copy and paste it. Go back to the swagbutton and the swag code tab and paste the code into the box. It should credit and tick off the square.

Okay, so it appears that I don't have the SwagButton, even though Swagbucks states that it has been installed. I will uninstall it and try again with the next code. Had to ask DH where the swagbutton is as I couldn't find it; he then said that I haven't got it.

I have been entering codes on the Swag code box on the left hand menu.

Are you on a pc or laptop? I only activate the swag button when need to for shop or  code activities.it stays installed but is not active until I switch it on .

I'm using a laptop. I have no idea how to activate the swagbutton but I am a total novice...

On chrome it is under'More tools- Extensions' after pressing the 3 dots in a line on the far right of the screen.This is it 'off'  then I slide  the grey dot to the right to switch on..
On firefox it is called ADD Ons.

Aha! Sussed it. There was an "extensions" icon sat looking at me, on the top left hand side of the browser. Clicked on that, found the swagbutton icon and "pinned" it to the browser. So it's now sat there, in all its glory.

Sainsburys reciepts work if you print it out and take a photograph of it.
