in case anyone is tempted by the swagbucks boohoo offer the 30% and 30% offers are available on the boohoo site for everybody and via the other cashback sites where the swagbucks offer of less than 3% cashback is beaten by TCB 9.35% and Quidco 8.8%  now increased to 11%

Hi, don’t know if this is the right place to post this but I just wondered if anyone else was having issues with swagbucks? I know you don’t qualify for every survey but it seems to be getting worse, I’ve even done a few surveys then said I don’t qualify at the end. I’ve raised this with swagbucks but don’t seem to be getting any reply!! Thanks

Are you taking screenshots towards the end of your survey, to submit along with your ticket?  Many surveys have a progress bar, and for those that don't one can usually tell by the questions when you are getting close to the end.  They won't manually credit you for non-paying surveys without a screenshot to prove you have completed them.

You say you are not getting any reply.  When you raise a ticket about a survey, you should always get an auto-response - these days it is usually two e-mails sent at once. It used to be that you had to reply to one of those before the ticket was passed to a human;  they no longer say that you have to, but I still do so just in case - it does no harm!

The other thing to check is that, when you fill out and submit the ticket form, you select the option at the bottom saying "I still need help" - it is only after you do that that you will see the message at the top saying your ticket has been submitted.  If you don't read down the page and so don't select this option, I don't think the form gets sent.

Hi - anyone know if it's possible to tick off the receipt square on Swago using an online purchase receipt? It appears you have to email the receipt but this is not via the app. My receipt has credited but no square ticked. I'm wondering if there's another way.

Would it work if you printed the receipt off and then took the photo via the app?

As an aside, I have just one "Swago" square left to fill. I am a relative newbie to Swagbucks and am not sure what the "Redeem a Swag Code from the SwagButton" means. Is this the shopping pop-up as I never seem to have any with codes on ?

Most days there are Swagcodes available in the evening, usually for 1 or 2 SB.  Do you follow the board Swagbucks Codes Thread, at https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/76812120?  It is a non-conversation thread, solely for the purpose of posting the Swagcodes.  When you are notified via this thread of a Swagcode, you should enter it via the Swagbutton and you will get the relevant tiny bonus - and of course tick off the square.
