Sign up with email address, it wants a code, which you won't have at first - scroll down and there's a link to get one (I opened this in a new tab, so I still had the original link I clicked open), check email. Copy the code in the email or click the link. Complete sign up with email, another confirmation email, click the link and it converted immediately.
I actually tried this yesterday and it wouldn't work for me. I think the difference today was that rather than clicking the link in the first email, I copied the code and pasted that in the original page I clicked from the offer wall, so that it still had the affiliate ID in the URL. This time it worked.

Thanks. That Navigator competition is genuine, btw, one of their previous comps had something like 100 iphones to giveaway. Mine's not credited yet, maybe tomorrow.

I did this one as well and it didn't credit straight away so I went back into the email and got 3 more spins and it then credited straight away.

@marmaladeatkins Thanks again. I've clicked through that adscendmedia navigator offer 6 times. One from yesterday seems to have paid off just after I reached my 2nd daily goal. So it's been well worth just keeping trying as well as a small chance to win £45 with the free spins.
