I've done 2 daily surveys that haven't credited. I've not had one that hasn't instantly credited before. How long can they take and should I contact swagbucks about it?

It is not unusual for surveys to fail to credit, especially the Home Page ones for 70 SB for 15 mts, which hardly ever credit!  It is a good habit to take a screenshot as you approach the end of any Gold, Peanuts or Home Page survey, so that you can submit a ticket if necessary (which you do via https://help.swagbucks.com/hc/en-us/categories/200435414-Answer-Surveys).  I am afraid it is unlikely that Swagbucks will credit you for your surveys unless you have a screenshot in evidence.  You should also have available the reference number of the survey (if there is one) or the URL, the subject-matter of the survey, and the value in SB, as you will need all of this information to complete the ticket form.

Non-crediting surveys accessed via the various Discover "partners" generally have to be appealed via that partner - if they even offer a route of appeal, which some don't.

Just got kicked out of a weird 50sb survey that said, we are looking for high end AMG owners please select yes and select the same answer further on in the survey and you will gain an incentive after the survey. What car do I have in my household was the next question, and I couldn't do it, put my own car and was immediately disqualified!

I got that one yesterday and said no to the first question, still got forwarded to the survey and then kicked out!

Anybody else not receiving email notifications regarding new posts, last one I got was at 11.33 am today.  Didn't receive mjm3346 re bonuses or silverfairy re swag code alerts.

UPDATE:- Looks like some notifications are now coming through.

I got one for this, and for mjm's.  Have you checked your junk folder?  These things are often seen as mass mailings and marked as potential spam.

Thanks, nothing in junk folder, just unbooked marked and then re-book marked them and logged in and out of MSE to see if that makes a difference.  I did have the same problem about a year ago and made the mistake of trying to change my email account and got locked out.  I will contact MSE if it continues.  My email is AOL so might be to do with that as noticed they have changed the way they do a few things.  Will just have to keep checking MSE as notifications are still appearing there.
