Good morning!
Congrats on making the decision, very excited for you!
It's very sunny here (down south) at the minute but I beleive it's the calm before another storm. Last night was horrible, kept me awake half the night and so tired today. Luckily working from home so don't have a horrible commute in to London, prob wouldn't be able to anyway as trees on the line!!!
Hope you are having a productive day!

HI sortingit! it always amazed me when I worked in London that the train ride down would be miserable as sin, the suddenly you're in london and its warm and bright. I reckon London is just in a huge pollution bubble!
Glad I dont have the worry of trains anymore - although I sometimes miss that 'coming home' feeling after 3/4 /5 days away. I was always SO happy to be getting on that train back to my family. Still, its made me appreciate being a SAHM much much more.MANAGED TO CLEAR A 3K OVERDRAFT IN ONE FRUGAL, SUPER CHARGED MONEY EARNING MONTH!:j

It is mad - I have just emailed a friend up in London and she says it's bright sunshine there whilst down here it has now turned from sunshine to black skies. It's almost as if it is night time. Miserable!
I know what you mean about that 'coming home' feeling I love especially if I know Andy is going to be at home and not working. He's police officer so hard to see each other with his shifts. Thankfully I work at home more often now and it's really made me appreciate more what I have.
Ooh it's so horrible out there, makes me want to go and wrap up in my duvet...although Andy is asleep under it so don't think he'd appreciate it given he only got home at 8 this morning!!
How are you getting on with those goals for today??? xxx0 -
hi SI - horrible up here too bleurgh. Did half the ironing while watching a sky plussed wife swap. Its a start! Am letting myself have half an hour on here with my lunch then I'm working - will have to exercise later when the kids are home- poo! There's not enough time in the day.
Forgot to mention that my goals have to revolve around a 3 year old for the most part - am not a lady of leisure- honest! There's always so so much to do in this house.

Can imagine with little ones it's a full time job in itself isn't it! I have four nephews 2-6-9 and 11 they are hard work. I offer to have them but only one at a time. Am I a wimp?? I find the youngest a nightmare at the moment, I think he has turned into the devil and isn't shy of admitting that he has been naughty. I think his words are 'Aunty Karen I've been naughty for mummy'!! Can you believe it!!
I like wife swap, especially the bit at the end where they all meet up and the respective wife's get !!!!!y...only seen a few episodes where some have taken on board other's ideas.
I meant to say earlier I am off to visit friend in Southampton tomorrow who has just had her first baby - little girl Annabel she is very bless although poor Mum is struggling a little with the change in life. I have promised to come armed with goodies for dinner for the both of us so she doesn't have to cook. My bestest friend is due on 26th of this month and she already knows that she is having a baby girl too...can't wait! It does make me want one but I think I can wait a little longer.
Anyhow, will stop yapping!
Take care xxx0 -
oh stop with the talk of baby girls - I'm jealous. honestly - its my absolute dream to have a little girl but if it doesnt happen this time then I think i'm gonna have to kiss it goodbye!
I'm absolutely knackered!
I did the ironing mountain and now my back kills. I also got a fair bit of writing done. i think I'm premennstrual cos I'm exhausted and v grumpy. I had grand plans the do the davina when the kids were in bed but instead I've fallen off the 'giving up alcohol' wagon on day one. Pathetic I know but I need a bloody drink!
D and I have gone on red days/green days slimming world thingy (well, our own version and I've been trying to be abit more adventurous in my cooking. Even went shopping for jerusulum artichokes (!!!!!!!!) - oone had any though lol.
Tonight I absolutely slaved over red pepper cups stuffed with risotto and mozzarella with home made pesto. Felt v proud but the mess it created was unreal! was also massively annoyed with D as (and I feel a a rant coming on here!) its his 'job' to do the pots on a weekend. But what did I find when I started cooking today - the bloody roasting tin from the chicken and roasties yesterday hidden in the oven all congealed and bleurgh! Its like, well done for rinsing the veg pan out love - leave me with the !!!! why dont ya! Men!MANAGED TO CLEAR A 3K OVERDRAFT IN ONE FRUGAL, SUPER CHARGED MONEY EARNING MONTH!:j

I will keep everything crossed that you do have a girl my dear, it will be great and she will have two big brothers too. I always wanted a big brother but only had an older sister who hated me pretty much until the day she moved out of home and had her first little one....as you can imagine the feeling was mutual given we used to fight most days!!!
MEN INDEED!!! The same here for me this end, a job is never finished properly!!!
Well done on the cooking and healthy eating. I am trying a rosemary connley thing at the minute as putting a lot of pounds lately. Anyhow I am good up until about lunchtime and then it all goes wrong....so annoyed with myself and have a huge chocolate addiction at the minute, sometimes 2 bars a day! Feel horrible in myself and have put on over half a stone in past month :-(
A & I have joined a gym together in the hope that I will start exercising but I just can't seem to find the enthusiasm to do it. I don't know what it is, just so demotivated in that part of my life at the minute????
Oh and I am already on the beer tonight too so don't worry!!

I just ate a big galaxy bar too. On the up side it ones really nice- a cookies one - they're new I think! Nice but not all in one go - I feel a bit sick now!MANAGED TO CLEAR A 3K OVERDRAFT IN ONE FRUGAL, SUPER CHARGED MONEY EARNING MONTH!:j
