"We are aware that you currently hold multiple Regular Saver products with us. The terms of the account only allow for you to hold one of each of our Regular Saver and Regular Saver Cash ISA products. We are currently listening to our customer feedback and taking that on-board. Once we have done this we will be in a position to let you know what actions will be taken."
"I can see from our records that you have multiple Regular Saver accounts. Unfortunately, we are not able to facilitate customers to have multiple Regular Saver accounts. We are currently listening to our customer feedback and taking comments onboard. Once we have done this we will be in a position to let you know what actions will be taken"
2 messages just received from Ford - we will see. Is someone putting together a formal complaint letter and a letter explaining 'our' interpretation of their T&Cs ? Maybe we should all use the same one (if it comes to it)
Did you send them a message first?0 -

They have just answered saying that the next payments need to go in on or after the 23rd of a month...which is the date the first payment went in and maturity date NOT the date I opened accounts ( 22nd)
Did you send the payments on 23rd or 22nd? i.e. is there a 'posted' date of 22nd even though it's credited as 23rd?Nationwide8 wrote: »They will only takes payments in/out via your nominated account
Can't you transfer from another Ford account?0 -

yes, queried where my credit was0 -

Perhaps a case of pushing firmly on the unbolted stable door, hoping the horse will go back in?
Unless you've tried to open an unreasonable number of accounts I'd just sit and wait it out... but keep an eye on your nominated account to see if the credit bounces back."In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
You're not being cheeky, this forum is for sharing information;) I don't think anyone has replied yet.
We're discussing 2 new regular savers launching today from Ford Money. One is an ISA.
Just follow the links. Most of us have found the opening process very easy & quick.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my queries. Sadly I've had other things on my mind of late and forgot all about this postingand it looks like I've missed out! Not to worry

Sorry for not being clear. but I was talking about RS ISA.0 -
Keep an eye out... they will be back
I am extremely doubt they will be back soon with the same term and Interest rate. They live and learn and now they will soon be putting the limit of the number of accounts the people could open. If they did not it is just a matter of time before they went into administration.
Apart from putting your money earlier in the 4% interest. Having more than seven RS ISA do not offer a lot of advantages as you will be restricted by the amount of money you could put in this tax years. I do not know whether they will allow you put it from the previous tax year as you will need to declare this before they allow you to apply.
Anyway I have got seven of them and now all of them have been fully funded this accopunt operation month with £250 each.
I think they will not be able to take it away from the people who has managed to fund it as there is not any restriction when people applied and they approved it. Unless if they wanted to to end up with mounting of complain and probably demanding for compensation.0 -
