I just checked it a few minutes ago. All of my account are already open and ready to accept funding but they do not allow me to add a new RSA, so the question is not relevant anymore.

They pulled the Regular Saver account Monday afternoon.

"We are aware that you currently hold multiple Regular Saver products with us. The terms of the account only allow for you to hold one of each of our Regular Saver and Regular Saver Cash ISA products. We are currently listening to our customer feedback and taking that on-board. Once we have done this we will be in a position to let you know what actions will be taken."

2 messages just received from Ford - we will see. Is someone putting together a formal complaint letter and a letter explaining 'our' interpretation of their T&Cs ? Maybe we should all use the same one (if it comes to it)

Are you sure they are genuine emails?

If so, then the first thing is to ensure Ford get 'customer feedback' to take on board... which would be along the lines of "can you explain your position based on the T&C's you published and asked us to read before opening accounts with you".

I think the 'H' stood for 'Hembarrassing' in this particular tale.

Lieutenant General Robert (Stephenson Smyth) Baden-Powell,

was just thinking ahead. There are some on here who have screen-shots, etc, plus brilliant explanations of the grammer (sic grammar) they used... just saying

The reason I asked if the emails were genuine is this -

"Unfortunately, we are not able to facilitate customers to have multiple Regular Saver accounts."

-sounds like the kind of poor language that phishing emails use.

Clearly Ford can facilitate customers having multiple Regular Saver accounts - whether they want to or not is a different question.
