Now that Ford Money have withdrawn the RS account, if you applied online this morning when it was available and you got the email back saying........
"Thank you for applying to open a Ford Money Regular Saver account. This is to let you know that we’ve received your application and your reference number is: xxxxxxxxx etc etc"....
........does this mean you will defo have the account even though it's not yet showing online? I have posted off the required Identification papers today.

I opened the RS account, I haven't been asked to send any "identification" papers?0

I am now unable to log into my accounts. Anyone else having problems?0

I can log in Harvey but I did get caught out with my deposit. The first email told me to use the reference number to pay into the account, which I did. I also set up a standing order with 11 future payments however I've just noticed that in the second email they change it and tell you to use your account number. I've amended the standing order but will await with interest to see if the initial deposit appears.0

It should do, this was how I funded the flexible saver and the Regular Saver until I got the email of my account number and future payments will be with that instead, which is better for me as I can also now fit my surname on, although you can just use the first three letters.
Depending on the backlog I would assume your payment will show overnight tonight and be in the account. My regular saver isnt showing yet, only the flexible saver.

I will stand corrected and apologies to veryintrigued, you are correct the second page of the second document does indeed say one and thanks to Badger09 and Ashen for also letting me know.
What is done is done, and what are outcome will be, will be, whatever that is.
Just for clarity, the document I was looking at was the full T&C's and that specific line on page 2. The argument I put forward earlier is that the use of the word 'one' does not necessarily limit customers to only having one account, it can be interpreted in more than one way - which is possibly why the call centre staff were giving out the 'wrong' information saying more than one account can be opened.
It doesn't really matter too much now - those who applied for more than one and want to keep more than one account open will make their own mind up whether to have a 'discussion' with Ford over the precise wording of the T&C's. Those who didn't apply for more than one are no better nor worse off.
Everyone can now be happy with whatever they did"In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -

I'm struggling with this. It clearly says "one" account. It honestly doesn't look ambiguous to me.0
