Yes, I do. From Lloyds Bank and from Santander.

But I forgot how I got the information from, sorry, probably from their website. Certainly not from any forum.

If I have time, or you can wait, I can check for you next month when I pay them.

Just be warned that the generic 07-00-93 33333334 does not always work for flex reg saver account. When I set up the account a few months back, I tried both fastpay and SO (from various banks) to this but always got bounced. After having several nonsense responses from their CS, I escalated it to a complaint and the complaint department involved their tech team and apologized that there was an error in system and worked out a fix. My payment then went through using the same details. Not sure if the fix works for all accounts.

You should try with a small amount before settling in.

Yes, it always works from NW accounts. CS did ask me why not just set up a SO from my Flexdirect - I did not want to say that my Flexdirect will be closed/downgraded when 5% finishes...

This is in their Flexclusive Regular Saver - Manage your account FAQs

You can also transfer money online from an existing Nationwide or another current account by setting up either regular or one-off payments into your Flexclusive Regular Saver account.

How to receive a regular payment

To receive a regular payment into your Nationwide account you will need to give the payee your account details, the table below could help with this.

Account type Sort codes Account number
    Regular Savings 071040 8 digits

    Roll or reference number N/A

I could not find that bit in the Q&A, in this link,

    http://www.nationwide.co.uk/support/support-articles/faqs/flexclusive-regular-saver-faqs#xtab:how-can-i-add-money

No Sort codes, No Account number. When did you access it ??

I called them two days ago the account number they gave me is

07-00-93 33333334 with the Rolling number including the slash as the reference.

the sane with what I mentioned above. Other people also mentioned that this account could work for some people and not to other people.

It depends on where/how you open the account. If you do it in branch or fill in the application form online you get a card with a normal account number.

If you open it via mobile/internet banking you don't and have to use 33333334 and a reference number.

A heads up on yet another offer from the Nottingham Building Society ...

They are offering a 3% reg saver ISA (Starter ISA Issue 6) into which you can pay up to £1270 a month. The implication is that the rate is only until the end of this tax year, but its not explicit about that.

I went into a branch today to try to open one but I have to go through an appointment (i.e. sales pitch for cross selling) next week before I can open it.

Only 3% but being a cash ISA it could be very useful for anyone exceeding their PSA.

    Interesting.

I've opened accounts with them over the years including their sports saver recently and haven't really experienced cross selling issues.
