Could I use the Transfer Service so they switch my Current Account from Halifax to Santander then transfer one of the DD from Barclays to Santander myself. Or would I have to transfer the DD to my Halifax Account first and then use the transfer service to Santander?
Thanks.
Edit: I close my Santander Account about 1 month ago, can I still get the 6%.
Also is there any other requirements, such as paying in a specific amount into your Current Account?
Really sorry about all the questions, I just don't want to make any mistakes, I've mismanaged my money before and I'm determined not to again.
Thanks.0 -
Are you sure you want to get involved with Santander?! We are about to (try) to close all our accounts with them.0

Yeah, I'm a very patient man, there's a branch just down the road, when I did have an account with them they were helpful. Does anyone have any answers to my questions in post 1135?
Thanks.0 -

Must not have held a current account with us within past 3 months.
Must transfer at least 1 DD and pay in 1,000 per month0 -
Thanks for the info. Much appreciated.0
