Evening
So doing stuff is definitely the key to me 
1. not napping 
2. feeling better.

Sounds like a more positive couple of days. Fingers crossed for a good amount of sleep for you tonight.

Ok. so after I posted last night we got the news that my cousin's husband was ill and then this morning we got more news that he is in hospital. 
And again this morning I got the news that a teacher I worked with many years ago has died from the virus. 
And then I watched the news thing on BBC and nearly lost my tiny mind. 
Today I woke up with the worst headache I have had for ages. I think the stress finally got to me. I got up, got dressed, made breakfast and then went back to bed for about 3 hours. I had lunch upstairs and to be honest it was good to have a break from Mum and for her it was a bit of normality. 
I am going to watch the briefing in a minute and then walk the dogs. (well now) 
I really need to occupy myself more. I have a stack of work to do for school. I feel so frozen by everything. Like if I make too many changes some thing bad will happen. I will tip some sort of invisible balance. I appreciate that sounds bonkers but it is how I feel.

I am back from the dog walk. Mum is doing dinner. (fish fingers, chips and beans) 
I have two pieces of work to do for work on Monday - not going in obviously but need to have e mailed in. I have put them off because I want to pretend this isn't real  and have busied myself making sure we have food , that my sister has food etc, the animals are all looked after  and work is set for my lovely kids but honestly need to get my !!!!!! together in terms of the reality of life and the future and not give on my plans. 
I think part of my problem is that I can't do anything practical in this crisis, because I am looking after mum and my sister's needs - which I know is doing something but it is what I always do so I feel like I should be doing more. and I could and would. 

any how off to have dinner XX X

Not had fish fingers in ages

Morning all, 
Tea was nice. Grey's Anatomy was good and I watched Supernatural with mum. I must confess that after she went to bed I watched something called The Good Witch. Just imagine the cheesiest most trite tv programme you can - I don't know if anyone here watched Ghost Whisperer? but it is more Twee than that! And I LOVE IT. 
Nothing bad happens. 
The main character solves everyone's problems and never loses her temper. And is in love with the town doctor who also loves her back and has a delightful teenage daughter and the worst thing that happened was a plant nearly died but it didn't so everything was OK. 
It is on Netflix. 
So plan today is to clean upstairs in terms of the bathroom, the toilet and my room. 
I checked my bank yesterday and have spent about 60 quid on the CC. But other than that I am good to go money wise.
