Sorry to hear this Buffy. Take care xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

No lay down. Mum was worried about dinner and wound me up so much that I was too tense to lay down. I do honestly sometimes hate my life and I know some one will pitch up with well it is up to you to change it and you can't make excuses but I don't need to hear that, possibly ever. I will snap out of this at some point but not today. I am trying so bloody hard and I don't know why.

I know what you mean. I get so fed up of faffing around after Mr SA, it’s not what I wanted out of life to live like this. I try and make the best of it but some days it gets too much and I can’t see a way forward just years of the same thing.
Big hugs from me xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1 -

If you are feeling rubbish you are feeling rubbish. I know if someone tells me to cheer up I just land up feeling worse because at that point cheering up is not an option. Something I used to do when my son was small was scream into a pillow*, do you think that could help you? Looking after someone who is not ok is a challenge. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise or let you believe that you are at anyway at fault for feeling bad. It is my belief that some people are cut out to care for others & flourish whilst doing it, some of us (ie me) are quite definitely not.* I still shudder when I think of the incident with the banana! Picture a child under eighteen months who hates having his hair washed & screams all the time you are doing it. Give him a banana & make the mistake of turning your back. He squidged it in his hands & then wiped it onto his hair. I left the room. You could try playing in your head Gloria Gaynor's "I will Survive" although you are probably the wrong generation for that.1
