Wombabeluba 2020!

I've not really seen anything for a couple of weeks now.
No coins on the ground as most people are using cards, and trolleys have been heavily reduced and are guarded half the time by staff cleaning them down.
Not to say there aren't opportunities out there, but there's little option to look around for them.
Still, got nearly £3 in my roadkill jar, had a few Euros and some Polish coin worth practically nothing.

€3,02 refund from my car insurance company, for driving 240 km less than I had guesstimated I would in a year.

Unexpected womble: 6 eggs from my neighbour, after I'd let slip that we were running low on eggs, €1,80.

Found 20p on the ground in Sainsbury car park earlier. First thing for a while. Gives me just over £3 in Roadkill now

The council just emailed me that the 'village in bloom' plants will not be distributed this year, instead, everyone will get a packet of sunflower seeds with the council magazine next month. Shame, as the plants are usually very nice, fully grown and flowering. It's a womble I look forward to each year!

Box of posh pralines from my boss, as an Easter gift. €5 (probably about €20 rrp, but I would never pay that for a box of chocolates).

As williamstewart says - not much about as people are using contactless, not going out and supermarkets have stopped trolley locking.
However, m'wife cleared out the kitchen drawer yesterday and found 5 Banu (0.05 Romanian Leu). That's worth 0.9p according to XE and nothing according to Fourex who don't recognise them at all,
I need to think of something new here...1 -
Mind you - people are still chucking their change in the Coinstar and leaving the rejects. In the last month I have had four round pounds plus a smattering of US cents, Eurocents and Australian cents. I don't know whether this source will increase as more people need to cash in their pots of change or decrease as people have not been abroad on holiday and haven't got so many foreign coins.
The Fourex machines might be back soon... They sent me an e-mail asking me to vote on a new colour scheme.I need to think of something new here...1 -
