  • I'm back to my old pattern of having a shower🚿 mid morning , rather than as soon as I get out of bed 🛏. I have breakfast first to get my bearings and then I'm back to some sort of normality . I often shower🚿 before bed, 🛏 depending on tiredness.
When I woke up this morning , I wasn't sure if it was Thursday or Friday .
This morning , I completed the latest census online . Sun is shining🌞 , but doubt if I'll venture out . Will need to get my act together regarding the walking 🐾.
I have a kitchen to clean , as it's looking like a kebab Hse again 🍖🍟🌮. Ive been good until this week , but no excuses . Gave bathroom a thorough clean yesterday .
I got a message on my old Apple TV box advising me that you tube is no longer available .
Annoying ! I plugged my newer box in , but I don't want to be inundated with p@xy adverts
I can tolerate one or 2 , but they extract the urine and it never stops. A greedy world we live in . I may try the you tube on my freesat box , and see what gives there .
Still keeping ontop of the excercise 🏋️‍♀️.
I bizarrely managed to get a Waitrose delivery for tomorrow in the early evening . Normally there are no slots for days .
    I'll leave it there..🌞

Well done for keeping your exercise going.
Did you know that people living in Dorset have the best quality of life of anywhere else in the UK. You guys live 2 years longer than the rest of us too.
I've never been to Dorset but there are so many programmes lately showing it off that it is now on my hit list of places to see.
    Lucky you :)

I am going to a lovely place. Lots of natural beauty but with a bit of a creative buzz too. I like to swim outside and I will be able to do that there. I can't wait :)

So, I was getting sick and tired of having that air bed in the way . I looked on fleabay to see if it was worth listing . It wasn't . So this morning , I decided to list it for free on the next door website . It is a double size, and my sisters really liked it . That was 2 and a half years ago.
I also chucked in 2 single mattress toppers ( never used)  that I found .

I expected them to be in my flat for some considerable time . Within 20 mins of the listing ,a nice lady contacted me . She collected around 4.30pm . Result !
In terms of decluttering , I have old clothes , quilts , pillows and covers etc .
With that , and the tops of the kitchen cupboards I still have work to do there .oh, and I need to get rid of 2 bins .

Things are not so overwhelming now , and I can see the wood for the trees 🌴🌴
As I said a while back, I'll assess the wardrobe and see if I really need it .
If I had a few chests of drawers instead , the mouldy wall in the bedroom would be no more. ( well more or less ), I could purchase a few decent coat hooks for the doors , and I could maybe have things in order in the not too distant .
It's not worth trying to get a dump run done just yet , as many are closed anyway.

Still waking up too early 🛏, and feeling rough when I get up .
Everything else is more or less the same .
    I'll leave it there ...🌞

AC regarding hooks on the backs of doors, DH won't let me because he says the hinges on the doors won't take the strain.  So, if you do have hooks on the internal doors make sure you don't hang too many heavy clothes there.

Thanks for the tip mrs p 😼
Good point ! Something always overlooked I'd say ..
  • Awake since 4.30 am with tinnitus among the usual stuff 🛏
Having said that, I looked at the sunshine 🌞and decided I had to get out once and for all🐾
As it was -1 according to the app, I thought it best to just go in normal clothes plus a scarf
I haven't seen many people wearing a mask 😷, so I decided not to wear mine . Ok , I'm on the vulnerable list and it's more risky but I see minimal people around when I do go out
Anyway, I was a little out of condition as I've been stuck in too long , but a few days constant 🐾I should be back up to speed . Felt a bit clammy coming back, but I'm glad I did it . More of the same tomorrow .
I will do one of the exercise workouts later🏋️‍♀️ , and  that'll keep me going .

I'm pleased with the space after offloading the air bed .  Still have stuff to do, as and when

Three things have to be sorted this month : contents insurance,Annual  boiler service ( I have a long guarantee with Worcester Bosch providing I do this annually ) and pay gd rent/ service charges .  Regarding the contents insurance , I'm awaiting the latest quote from my current provider( admiral ). I have been getting correspondence from various others in the post , but hooefully I can stick with admiral if the increase is minimal. We'll see.

    I'll leave it there ..🌞
