Strange uncomfortable night last night 🛏..
Not sure if I have another side effect of the Astra jab ..or if the people upstairs have been smoking super strong spliffs . My nose is runny🤧 , and I still feel rough but who nose ?👃
I'm due to have a live session this morning with mr trainer 🏋️♀️. Over the last few weeks I've been doing about 4-6 days a week . Could do more , but am tired at times etc .
I still have to sort out things that should be done . Possibky should sort out by end of week
It's a funny situation at the moment 😷. People are phoning me , as they say they haven't heard from me for a while . I tell them that everything is the same , and that everything is stale as we are still abiding by the rules etc .I received my renewal quote from my contents insurance . Increase by less than £8 . No point changing imho .A few minutes ago , I received my council tax bill . Total amount payable for 2021/2022..£0.00 . 😺👍👏 . This can obviously change if my circumstances do . I'll just have to go by instruction as and when and see what gives .I may get a reminder from Worcester 😼about the annual renewal of my boiler . It is guaranteed for 8 years but only if I get it serviced and signed by reputable service person etc. I'm not sure how long I have due to Covid etc 😷Went for walk 🐾twice last week . Will start again tomorrow .Still recording bits of music and uploading to soundcloud . Loads to learn but I'm enjoying doing so .I cancelled computer course which was off my own back so to speak . I could reapply for sept , but I need to get motivated and lean more at home and retake the word test etc

It is good that you are exercising but equally if you feel tired you should step back and rest especially as you have been feeling below par since your injection. Take care. I think the majority of my symptoms are all related to my myasthenia which has to be expected . Having said that , the hash scenario is still unresolved and I think that may have been the side effect of the Covid jab .I did a strange thing regarding the hoovering of the flat a couple of days ago . I ran out of shake and vac..and used washing powder ! I quite like it .I went for the walk 🐾yesterday , and it was heavy going . Glad I did it . Feel rough now, but may go out later . If not today, definitely tomorrow .I will do a brief bit of exercise later 🏋️♀️. Myself and mr trainer 🏋️♀️Decided that I must quit bread !🥖 He has a very valid point . 👇When I quit bread over a year ago, I lost 10" off my waist . Of course that is not the case now , and today is day 3 without any bread . It will be interesting / exciting if I can tell him next Tuesday that I've been a full week without it . That will be a major game changer if I can do this . Looking at the bigger picture past and present , I actually do more at home than when I used to attend the gym so I should get back on track within a couple of months ( IMO ) if I can reignite the will power.I am please in a way , that although I'm stuck in like more or less everyone else I have kept going with everything thrown at me . Tuesfays session was phenomenal according to mr trainer so I have to finally get a grip and stop pussfooting around 😼
Regarding the clutter ( which I haven't done yet ) , I've come up with a breakthrough .
I will ask my friend's opinion ( though he will probably murder me ) , if it's a good idea to dismantle wardrobe and put it in music room and reassemble it . He did dismantle and reassemble it about 18 moths ago so I may be told where to go . I think this is the best option and will still be thinking about it while I clear out stuff there later on today or tomorrow .Anyway , I'll leave it there ...☁️1 -

Well, I am still off of bread 🥖( day 5!) However , I have looked into a few things this morning while in bed 🛏.The night after my last post, I was in a terrible state with a raging headache and very high temperature .🥵. It got me thinking ...I have given up orange juice yesterday ! I have been having way too much , and I believe that has been the worst thing for me . It causes headaches and weight gain . I ordered a small loaf of rye bread for tomorrow, just incase I get any withdrawal / urges . I felt rough until yesterday afternoon , and slept well and feel better for my decisions .I'll leave it there ..☁️3 -
Well, for some reason I seem to be making potential life changing effects towards my health and well being ..
I can't put my finger on it exactly , but I may as well explain my hopeful positive way forward . No orange juice since Friday .🍊 . No bread since last Monday 🥖
The chocolate intake may well be reducing also 🍫.This , for me is ( if I can continue with this ) ,a major game changer for many reasons .
However, my food has always been complicated and maybe I am finally growing up..
1) I used to be addicted to lucozade . Since the days of the black stoppers and yellow cling film around the glass bottles .Gave it up for years, started back on it but have quit for around 4 years . The orange juice had taken its place 🍊 having said that it was mostly the freshest or ones which are deemed healthiest .2) Bread has always been there . Always a go to , like so many .3) Chocolate 🍫. Of course I won't pack this in . However , mr trainer 🏋️♀️( and myself to a degree ) may have stumbled upon a way for me to consume less .I have been overdoing it massively on snickers bars , as well as green and blacks so very expensive . However , a couple of weeks ago mr trainer 🏋️♀️ advised me to incorporate cream into my diet .🐄 Not too keen on milk, I found a solution that works for me..I put double cream into a blender with chocolate nesquick plus a spoon of crunchy proper peanut butter . Result ! Tastes like Wendy's Frosties / Mac Donald milk shake .No snickers since Thursday . Green and blacks I am having less of 🤞
Regarding the bread 🥖, I felt hungry last night but only pulled off a small piece from 5he fridge . I still count it as a success so far .The trouble about me, is I have been having way too much of everything I like , and moderation was always out of the window . Hopefully , I have stopped all,that now .
I have been drinking small amounts of fizzy water. Annoyed with San pellegrino. The small bottles are glass. I received a substitute size and the bottles are plastic . Annoying 🐬🐳
I received an email from Ocado this morning 🛒yes more about food .
They offered me free delivery for a ltd period etc. Tbh,out of the various online shopping ive tried they were the worst . I couldn't use them and gave up with a few items in 5he trolley a few months back . Well, the app is still not working . However, I successfully ( after persevering ) managed to get a delivery tomorrow am ( marks and spencer):.
I haven't had anything from them for over a year , and hopefully I can manage to use them more often ( providing tomorrow goes like it should ).
Anyway , I'll leave it there ...⛅️2 -
The common thread with all the foods you have issues with is sugar. Bread is carbs but acts as sugar in the body. Orange juice is pure sugar too. The less you have the less you will crave. Sugar is a hard thing to give up/cut down.

You are spot on . Alcohol, drugs , sugar and smoking ..the four hardest things to give up imho.Well , so far no headaches since that awful night on Thursday . I'm used to what to expect otherwise with my myasthenia gravis , and will always have those symptoms I'd say but without the headaches I'll take it .The usual waking up like this morning at 3.10 am for example and feeling ropey until after my black coffee and porridge for example ☕️So this morning , the sun is shining very brightly 🌞. I had to wait in for my first Ocado delivery . 🛒 What a bizarre expetience 😹. The delivery drivers have all been very good , but this guy was more or less announcing himself like a tv presenter . " welcome to Ocado " etc . It was like having my food delivery done by Dale Winton personally or Russell grant
Really nice man . A nice start to a Monday morning .So, I said I have to get out , as I've been like a bluebottle stuck in a glass jar again , and had a nice walk around the usual territory 🐾.
My legs felt lighter , and I don't feel like I've swallowed 2 whole chairs🪑🪑 . Very Early days, but hopefully this new outlook will see the gas balloon around my belly deflated. Actually, it's more like a smaller football⚽️ in all honestly but it has to go .I spoke to my local friend , who will assess the wardrobe situation . He'll decide if it's strong enough to be dismantled , reassembled into other room again or whether I'd need to get a new one . He offered to assemble that if I need . No rush , and glad to get the help

Glad you managed to get out for a walk. I just walk for around 20 mins a day, around the village. It's nice to get out and see other people about. Sun shining here too, makes such a difference to my mood. Enjoy the rest of your day AC.Debt free and Keeping on Track2
