  • Sleep was unbroken last night ...until 5.04 am this morning 🛏⏰
I was in 2 minds whether to go for walk 🐾this morning as the roads looked very slippy.
I thought it too nice not to , so went out early this morning . Glad I did .
Got a message from mr trainer 🏋️‍♀️this morning advising everyone that the webpage is down till around 6pm this evening . I may do something beforehand instead by memory .
Having said that , the best way of motivation by far is to go by  virtual instruction .

Regarding universal credit , the rumours are that the gvt /DWP may only take back £20 from the increased £80 a month that was given to everyone last year . Can't really argue tbf .
    I'll leave it there ..🌞☃️

There are lots of places around here arranging transport to the vaccine centres.  It might be worth having a look at the council or local coronavirus support pages to see if they have anything similar in your area.

So, the webpage on the training website has been problematic . This meant that mr trainer 🏋️‍♀️Had to call me on my mobile . It's working but still needs finishing as the menus are still hidden.
Ontop of that , mr trainer🏋️‍♀️ asked if I could reschedule for Friday . This means I'm cancelling the Covid jab for now. Looking on the next door website , apparently there are concerns regarding people who have aufo immune conditions . I'll have to read up on this and ask questions hoping for proper clarification . I'll make a decision tomorrow whether to reschedule appointment ..

    Thanks for that jwil😼
I receive more or less daily emails from my council , so I'll look into this later on
  • On Friday afternoon , I received a text from shore medical . My surgery was better before it incorporated into the shore medical association . Anyway , I have been given some slots for Covid vaccination . 💉They are all 10 minute slots . The annoying thing , is that the place is a few bus stops away . As I can't drive, I'll have to book a cab there abd back. The appointment is for Friday morning , so time to change my mind if I need to.
Are you going to the BIC for yours AC? My mum went there yesterday and feels fine today. Her 2nd dose is already booked for 3 week’s time too.
    Hi triplechoc 😼
mine is at heather view  medical centre in alder road . Did  your mum have to wait long ?
What puts me off is if people are standing in a long line waiting ages to be seen . I'm a bit concerned if I should keep cab waiting .
I was at the BIC to see a concert a year or two before I actually moved here ..nice venue
I don’t think she had problems because she’s had both knees done and wouldn’t have been able to stand for too long so I would have heard about that! She’s 79 but still driving so could get herself there/back easily enough.

I have a friend who is a GP, he said the Pfizer vaccine is safer for those with less than perfect health because it’s structure is RNA which is like DNA. The Oxford vaccine is built onto a seemingly innocuous virus, but its possible it could run riot in a immune suppressed body.  I should add not to cause Covid but whatever the carrier virus is.

    Another nice sleep 🛏..till 4.10 am ⏰
Not in the frame of mind at the moment to check the Covid situation
No walk today 🐾 due to 💦.
I did just endure the latest hard workout that mr trainer has given me 🏋️‍♀️🥵. Toughest home workout so far . Tomorrow will be easier, but will do the same one as today on Thursday . He will then give me a live session on Friday .
    Still trying to keep motivated
    I'll leave it there ...💦💨

The Covid emoji is scary AC! A syringe dripping blood!

I haven't walked today either but planned one for tomorrow. I went for a walk yesterday but there was ice on the ground.

Exercise is all going in the right direction :)
