Be careful with gluten free bread. It is held together with lots of starch and is high sugar. If you are not gluten intolerant you might be better with something more dense like rye or soda bread.
Good you are still on the camomile
If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

It was mr trainer 🏋️♀️ Who suggested it . I'll raise your points to him and see what he has to say . Yeah, soda bread is good . I'm not sure if I like rye bread . I've had ryvita , but that doesn't count 😼3 -
I typed sourdough bread but it defaulted to soda. Yes, ask trainer....If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Further updates I forgot to mention :
I logged into my universal credit journal and made a note of the phonecall with the work related lady of seetec plus .☎️ . I apologised for not updating my last couple of appointments with her . I realised then that the calls were more random rather than punctual. I then received a text message advising me that I must log into my journal .
I did that , and the message from the job coach was thanking me for the update .This bodes well I feel , as they can still see that I am polite and compliant .This morning I received a letter of many pages from the gvt advising me of being vulnerable and all the things I should be doing to comply with the forever changing Covid rules . No need to read it , as I'm doing everything that is expected anyway .I'll leave it there 😷3 -

I had a very bizarre weekend , and did something potentially stupid 😧
On Saturday , I heard random banging noises in my kitchen . Either the cupboard ,or above the extractor fan . This makes me think there may be a pest somewhere 🐀🐿🐦
On Thursday , one of the flats had a cleaning company in for most of the day . Also in oct there was a dry rot / damp proof company in . This got me thinking that maybe , there was a pest that has moved in to my flat . At the same time in the evening , I went to put the rubbish out but the sensor to my door wasn't working and the whole block was in darkness. So, I sent 2 emails to the managing agents , It looks like I'm becoming a pest now and regret doing so . Having said that , I received a response this morning about the lighting . I just replied that the lighting seems to be working now ( I saw it light up yesterday evening ) and that I have just had a mad weekend or words to that effect and apologised for all the inconvenience . Having said that , I have some poison coming today from the Amazon . I heard a couple more random noises yesterday morning so I'll soon find out when I have to open the cupboard door . I feel such a fool 🙀
In other news , I'm still keeping up the schedule 🏋️♀️🐾 and have followed the workout plan to the letter . Only 1 rest day ..today . I didn't walk🐾 over weekend , but went out very early this morning . As soon a# I had the shower I was out the door .Next training live session is tomorrow with mr trainer 🏋️♀️I'll leave it there ...🌝🌧3 -
AC - we had rat (arrgghhh) when we lived in London, I noticed that cereal and pasta was the food they liked, even in the cupboards they would chew through the packaging. Have you noticed anything like that?Debt free and Keeping on Track3

Thankfully no . I spoke to my brother who thinks it may be the pipes from the boiler making the noise . Baring in mind the cupboard in the kitchen is where the boiler used to be before the conversion . I just opened the door a tiny bit and sprayed some stuff that deters them and chucked a block of poison in the cupboard before closing ASAP . Cowardly I know , but for only 1 person living here , I don't want problem to escalate ( if there Is one )
I do feel foolish liaising with the managing agents by trying to put 2+2 together ..3 -
Don't feel foolish AC. Most of us are at the end of our tethers at this time and I think everyone is making allowances. I think your brother may be right, as I say I think you would know for certain if it was a furry friend!Debt free and Keeping on Track4

after chucking the poison in etc I heard another noise , so there may be something there
In my last home I had squirrels in the loft 🐿🐿. One got stuck in the cavity wall but managed to get into the kitchen . Looking confused he went over towards the cereal bars
Long story , so I'll leave that there. It seems for now that the best thing to do , is nothing . I'll just have to monitor noises etc
When I moved in, I had a new kitchen fitted so that's one good thing I guess ..3
