Well...I think there is definitely something in the kitchen after all . 

At 7.20 I heard a loud bang, and there was a small box knocked from the top of one of the kitchen cabinets . I haven't actually seen anything , and 🤞I don't . I think whatever is in the kitchen is hopefully in the cupboard and will stay trapped in there . 

There may be something ontop of the cabinets ..hopefully not . 

It seems the best thing to do is contact the company that cleaned one of the flats above , or a pest control co who could send someone out ASAP ! 

Hopefully there is no movement tonight 🙀🐀

Okay, I asked myself a question this morning : am I man or 🐀? 

I opened the cupboard door and saw nothing . I threw a couple more poison chunks ( which smell of chocolate ) in there and closed it . No sign of anything else . This means that the noise is probably the pipes or the strong winds blowing through the extractor fan .

I have been feeling rough in the last few mornings due to sleep patterns all over the place  again and a few headaches here and there . Having said that , I went out early this morning for my walk 🐾. The training is still being done , although I just remembered last night before bedtime after 2 long phone calls ☎️.

I received a nice email from edf telling me I will be getting £140 rebate on my energy bill due to my u c situation . 

My Waitrose delivery arrived yesterday , very prompt . I managed to book my next home delivery for 1st Feb 🛒
so far , so good .

I'll leave it there ...⛅️

Happy New Year AC! Sorry to hear about your potential kitchen visitors, fingers crossed it was just the storm making those odd noises. 
Great news about the EDF rebate! And well done on continuing to get out for the walks, my new years resolution was to go out for a walk every day. I nearly missed it yesterday but ended up stomping round the block in the dark and in the rain and wind, I had wellies and a headtorch but still wasn't very nice - it has incentivised me to get out earlier today!

I tend not to make resolutions . Having said that, back in the year 2000, the last one I did stick to..I went from 4 sugars in my coffee to zero.☕️

I tend to go for early walks if weather is dry 🐾.  You'll get there , all things will fall into place for you and will check on your diary shortly ..

Had to force myself to go for a very early  morning walk 🐾
Body in pain , but no headache . Walk did me good ,and My body wasn't so stiff when I got back . The right time to go out . Hardly anyone about . Ice on the rooftops .

I have exercise to do later , but not sure if I'm up to it . I did mess around on the Bass guitar for a while 🎼. 

Nice sunny day , but the weekend is changeable .

On Friday afternoon , I received a text from shore medical . My surgery was better before it incorporated into the shore medical association . Anyway , I have been given some slots for Covid vaccination . 💉They are all 10 minute slots . The annoying thing , is that the place is a few bus stops away . As I can't drive, I'll have to book a cab there abd back. The appointment is for Friday morning , so time to change my mind if I need to.

I've only had one proper nights sleep 🛏. That was on Thursday night . The rest is broken as usual these days . 

Yesterday was an odd day . I had notions of recording  music stuff . 🎹🥁🎼Turned out I had a glitch in the computer since the update . This meant me trying to fathom out how there is no sound audible . Plus going through spaghetti junction 🍝.Annoying 😾
So basically , yesterday was very lazy . Weather was nice 🌞☃️But I stayed in 
I haven't seen any snow, ❄️but the ground was slippy this morning when I took the rubbish out .  It is getting very dark, so it looks imminent .
I'm supposed to do the excel course ( again !) ,but not up to it . The job coach from seetec pluss is going to phone me tomorrow ( or is it weds ):. Next month seetec pluss will no longer be dealing with me . I can only comply with everything , and hope for 5he best . 

As I was going to do one of the workouts on my program last night,.🏋️‍♀️ I couldn't log in due to more tampering about by the administrators . I did one by memory , and will do the same this evening . I need to see the actual videos to keep motivated , so a bit peeved
Having said that the membership is very cheap and  it's not the end of the world . 

Regarding the 🐀situation . There was a noise on Friday evening , but again ..nothing.
The noise seems to be around 7-9.30:pm at random times . Could be pipes. Could be somebody upstairs closing something . Still 🤞it's nothing and I can move on . 

Still trying to keep my chins up

Are you going to the BIC for yours AC? My mum went there yesterday and feels fine today. Her 2nd dose is already booked for 3 week’s time too.

mine is at heather view  medical centre in alder road . Did  your mum have to wait long ?
What puts me off is if people are standing in a long line waiting ages to be seen . I'm a bit concerned if I should keep cab waiting . 

I was at the BIC to see a concert a year or two before I actually moved here ..nice venue
