  • Thanks folks 😼
Tribunal is for LCW ( Ltd capability for work) , which I think is ESA.  I may get a call from citizens advice if they received the letter also , and they may want to prep me . Something like that . I have a note typed that I gave to the lady at cab last time, but I just added a few things to see if it helps . Not gonna happen , but the ideal outcome would be for me to kindly ask the judge to read the letter I have printed and just say yes .
I did say in the last sentence that I am on the verge of losing everything etc.
    Cheerful stuff 🙀

So if someone from CAB going with you or are you going on your own?

  • Tbh, I don't think anybody will be representing me from cab beanie, and I have been surprised and impressed so far with all the help they have given .
I do expect a call from them , probably this week if they received the letter that I did .
If they do wish to see me this week in person , then I will drop everything and put them first ..even if it means cancelling dental appointment on Thursday 🦷
    n
Speaking of health stuff, I have to go to the pharmacy tomorrow and collect my prescription . Apart from one nice lady, they are like a pack of Rottweilers and I don't like going in there . 🐖🐕
i cant say the word prescription now due to my condition , but I politely ask for "my medicine "
    I wonder if they are having a happy women's day ? 👄
On weds I have to see Mrs dr for a fit note . Then that needs to be sent / hand delivered to job centre at some stage .
Tomorrow it's mr trainer again 🏋🏻,also on Friday .
On Tuesday , it's the final day of stress and anxiety ( the course )😤😡
I spent yesterday doing absolutely nothing . A bit tired from Fridays Guinness and cider on a more or less empty stomach 🍺🍺
Today , I got a wet head coming back from the shop🛒
I have to move a few bulky things in preparation for the boiler installation . I may be lazy 😺💤

We just missed a downpour luckily. It came down in sheets a couple of minutes after we got into the supermarket! It had been nice and sunny until then, and the sun's back out now.

I think you should ring Cab tomorrow to let them know your date. They might be able to send someone with you. It's worth asking.

CAB dont usually have representations for things like this, and in my experience, if its the medical, its you and a medical professional. if its the actual tribunal hearing, then its you.. a dr and a judge. they talk between themselves and the Dr who is obviously qualified, looks over any docs / considers your health side.. they they rubber stamp you (either way, as in this guy is LCW or, this guy isnt) and your on your way, ive had 3 now.
if your found LCW, they will "leave you alone" for anything from 3 months to a few years (my longest was 6 years). by which.. most health conditions needing LCW you would think would get worse. - KEEP EVERYTHING a dr gives you.
you can request your medical notes / history from GP, they can charge a reasonable fee of a fixed £10/20 for this (after all they have to produce it and thats someones hourly wage gone, and data protection / GDPR allows for a charge). but its worth it imo, my dr was kind and all mine in a huge bundle (must have been a few hours work there) were marked "free of charge"

    hope that helps.

CAB do represent at tribunal in my area & have a good success rate.
They do a submission on the clients behalf.

  • Update : Received a call on Monday from the nice lady at cab . I will be attending the hearing alone . However , she sent me over an attachment that she was just about to send to tribunal discussing points and which included some of my wording which she found useful on the day I saw her . I asked her if she could look at some additional notes I added to that ,and asked her to let me know her opinion if it may help etc.
she was impressed and has now forwarded everything . I must say that although I expect nothing , the  letter she sent over looks fantastic imho.
I just had a telephone📞 appointment with Mrs. Doctor 🩺💊🧴due to the corona virus . She is impressed with my determination and wants to give me a new fit note. Sod's law, my current certificate expires on day of hearing . She will give me a backdated one when she returns from her holiday in April . I'm hoping that that is allowed . I was going to put note in my universal credit journal advising them of this, but not sure whether to ..

Other stuff: completed the anxiety class . My speech was letting me down due to tiredness
when I was getting off the bus, I felt like I was coming home from a 10 mile run.🏃 Aching body all over etc. Of course this was mentioned to Mrs. Doctor .
woke up 2.15 am . Got back to sleep around 4.30am🛏. Felt unwell but had to get up around 7.30 to make sure I was alert for Mrs dr 💊
on Sunday I moved a lot of stuff out of bedroom in anticipation for boiler installation .
This entailed moving sideboard to bottom of my bed in main bedroom etc🛏 plus other bulky stuff. Rather do it now rather than fluster and being unwell, nearer the day. It means I only have to take my computer desk and table out to empty room and give engineers all the room for hopefully hassle free boiler installation .
I spoke to teacher regarding the next stress course . She will be doing that one also. She advised me to go to the first one anyway . I'll do that . That's next Tuesday .
My hsp appointment in Lymington has been put back from tomorrow till next weds. I received a phone call☎️ if I was ok with it . That's fine ..
