Dentists normally wear gloves, you're more likely to catch it at the gym or on the bus AC - I wouldn't worry too much :)

Yesterday was a strange , but fairly productive day . It was the one day where I decided to do more or less nothing . However, I did a couple of small things that I have been putting off absolutely ages . 1) I fixed the fitting of the toilet brush which fell off a couple of weeks ago. 2) I ordered a picture frame months ago with the intention of putting one of my prints in there and mount on a wall. I finally did that. It also gave me an idea to take the guitar hangers off the wall in the gas room . Room looks much better.
I have ideas about that room once the new boiler is installed in a couple of weeks. The current boiler is still playing up , but luckily I still have heating .
I was going to cancel mr.  trainer today 🏋🏻As I have no food left .But I'm gonna nip to Poole to do some food shopping 🥚🥓🍗etc
Then nip home and straight out again . That's the plan anyway ,
    Nice weather 💦☂️☔️
I have a bus stop  more or less across the road from where I live 🚌. The only thing about that is that it's only once an hour service .
I'm still mulling over the dentist next Thursday .🦷 Mainly because of journey and getting home after having wisdom tooth removed .
Worse things to think about .
  • Good points gigervamp .
Yeah, it's easy done lapsing on things . Best keep on top of things most of the time .
I decided to chicken out of today's session with mr trainer 🐔. Not feeling the greatest tbh , plus it would be too much running around and I'd probably be late.
Just got my renewable  contents insurance quote from admiral . I normally pay the annual fee rather than monthly . I have till end of the month , so no need to panic .
The fee I paid last year was £ 114.14 . This year it has increased to £ 144.07 ( £29.93 increase) . Not huge in the scheme of things . I had Endsleigh for a year and they wanted a huge renewal amount so they were sent packing . This works out at about a £2.50 increase per month .
I haven't heard back from job coach regarding contribution from universal credit , regarding my ground rent and service charges. I would assume I'd get a pittance , but better than nothing . The latest bill will be in later this month . He has last years bill, as I told him that it should be more or less the same . At least I'm up front and still on top of things for now ..

Well done on tackling the little jobs. The thing is to do them before they become invisible to you. I don't have a door handle on my kitchen door (I pull it open at the top of the frame) and I forgot, until a child asked 'how do you open the door?' I would do the tooth soon before it flares up again.

Very handy having the bus stop across the road. At least you can wait in the warm if you miss one, as they're only one an hour.
It's always the small jobs that we leave, as we think to ourselves they'll only take a few minutes, so we can do them another time. But then they get forgotten, and build up. It's like washing up a plate after you use it, you think you might as well wait until there are a few more, and before you know it, the kitchen's a mess! My friend does that, until she runs out of plates, then gets overwhelmed by the amount to do. She's her own worst enemy.
    I'm your friend's twin :)

  • Good point about the doors DIA .Hope you find someone to sort out the locks etc 🔐
on Tuesday on the bus home from stress and anxiety class🙀, there was a woman at the back of the bus coughing excessively and  very loud  for the whole duration of my bus journey . I had thoughts of somebody coming to my rescue and putting a large bag over her head . She should have been at home . So today I have had a runny nose since coming back from the shops .👃. It has stopped for now .  I'm just hoping my daily intake of berocca prevents me from getting anything for obvious reasons . 🙏🤧😷
Still, I'm home and dry now . One thing about Poole ,is that it's full of hills and pot holes
Outside my door there are always large puddles that mount up when it rains ,and it is sometimes like a game show to get in or out without being soaked 💦☔️☂️🏆
