  • Wow!  I still have a following . That is keeping my tail up 🐕 in these turbulent times ✈️
Hope things improve for you gigervamp .
    Here's a dog for you beanie 🐶
Onto the other stuff: boiler installation  mon23rd March . The welsh lady said 4 day installation , or was it full day ? I'd better have tea / coffee biscuits to hand anyway.
I declined the hospitality course , as tbh it would be too fast paced for me now .
never thought I'd say that., considering I spent most of my life carrying huge loads the size of Gemma Collins 🐷 and pulling and tearing spending most of my working life on my feet and getting stuck in .
I just had the neighbour ring my doorbell . She has no electricity and is freezing . I looked in the riser cupboard and noticed she has a smart meter . I recommended she contacts the company and get them to sort it out . Smart meters😹 are you listening edf?!.
Speaking of EDF , I will stop using them as my supplier ASAP and will go with EON if I'm accepted . Cheapest tariff with no smart meter is the way to go .  Unfortunately , both electric and gas finish on different months so I'll look into it once I get boiler installed .

Alfie and I are still around but don't have so much time for internet mooching.  Good news re the boiler grant - can't imagine it will take 4 days - mine only took half a day.  Mind you, I think you are having yours moved - is that right?
Lovely sunny today but a bit of sleet this morning.  Just waiting for the grandchildren to come over for a games evening so should be fun but I suppose I will be last as usual.  Hope the universal credit business gets sorted.  Eldest was on JSA for a couple of years and went on all sorts of courses.  Now she is a carer to her partner so doesn't have to jump through the same hoops.
  • i am still here, although haven’t posted for quite a while.  it’s good to follow your continuing journey....4 days does seem long for a boiler upgrade though!  really, really don’t like new forum.  although one good feature it seems to hold last post you read which is fab i found you follow several sites.  wondering if there is a place where we can register our views on the site?
  • Glad you are staying AC. I think most people will get used to the new format in the end.  I always read when you post as you know.
Good to see you are still managing UC and all that involves with humour and competence.
Soon the new boiler will be in :)

  • Had session with mr trainer yesterday 🏋🏻‍♂️All good as usual. The annoying thing though , is that I can no longer run for a bus 🏃🏽🚌. He is making me stronger and looking at my nervous system and spots and corrects things which even I don't think about . Having said all of that , it's just the face / chest / belly that need to be reduced . Persistence is the key .
So I got a phone call from the hsp, regarding my wisdom tooth removal🦷. It's not paining me much tbh. The call was from Lymington which is new forest territory . 🐗🦅🐤. I asked why I can't have it in Poole hsp, but the waiting time could be for another 6 months . I booked appointment for next Thursday morning, with the option of cancelling . It could have been this Friday evening . I checked everything out regarding travel.
change at Brockenhurst and get train for one stop. Sounds do able. Then I looked and there are 4 days of industrial action on south worst trains .🚞 I'll mull it over . The other thing that may concern me , is corona virus . Having somebody sticking their hands in my mouth may not be a good idea at the moment 🤮
off to stress and anxiety class later on today ..,

I wouldn't worry about the dentist passing on the virus. Apart from making sure they wash their hands thoroughly, they'll be up to date on infection control.

Re your training,  it sounds like you could do with doing some cardiovascular stuff, treadmill or bikes.
