    I have gained two stone since having my hysterectomy a couple of years ago, and recently was told by the GP i have a bmi of 28 and my cholesterol has gone up to 7. I know why, i comfort eat. I like food :( and not the healthy stuff either. BUT new decade, new me! Fast approaching 55, and about to become a nan for the first time so plenty of reasons to kick myself up the bum!

    Current weight 13st 8lb, would like to be put down for 14lbs for first quarter please :)

  • same problem over here, reduced cheese everywhere. I may have to simply stop going in any food shops until next week when they have sold it all and it's safe again

    Cheese has a lot to answer for :cool: it's when you're told you should only be eating an amount the size of a matchbox and that's what you sample when getting the crackers out :eek: I don't blame you for the chippie Honey it sounds like you needed it :)

    Sorry you've not been well Cranky especially annoying to be ill over Christmas, my cat turns his nose up at human food I worry that if i ever have to bribe him to take tablets I'm going to be in trouble, I swear my last cats could hear the fridge door open from three gardens away

    Frugalhome and FrugalLina I feel I should apologise to you both now as I'm sure somewhen over the next quarter I will mix up your weight ins :cool:

    Could you please put me down for 13lbs Brambling.

    As today is my starting day I’ll weigh-in on Fridays.

    Today’s plan

    Breakfast: poached egg, ham and mushrooms. coffee with milk
    Snack: tangerine and tea with milk
    Lunch: prawn cocktail salad, tea with milk
    Snack: choc chip biscuit, tea with milk
    Dinner: tuna steak with wilted baby spinach and roasted cherry tomatoes.
    Evening snack : fizzy water, chocolate tree dec
    Excercise: hopefully!
