Good morning x
At last i can start so please put me down for 14 lbs too.
Hope you all had a fantastic New Year x
Ps my weigh in day will be Wednesday xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

Happy New Year  it's good to see you all
.
Just a reminder it would be handy if when logging a weight in can you flag it in the title as a weight in or make the weight loss (I'm hopeful for us all) in red If I miss one please give me a poke as it has been known
Molly good to see you well enough to join us this year

Well done to all who are starting today
I’m starting dry January today as I don’t think all the festive wine will have helped my waistline!
Food wise, I’m struggling until the rest of the household goes back to work! Silly I know but it makes me feel like I’m in holiday mode still when they’re all around
Brambling, Dumpling, would you recommend the PON book? Are the recipes relatively easy for every day dinners?0 -
Happy New Year, all!
Could you put me down for 10 lbs, please?
I'm not here for fast weight loss as this will annoy my gallbladder and my one large gallstone. The gallstone isn't annoying me, so I won't annoy it...

Bfh I do use the original PON book quite a bit, I haven't used their new one yet as it was a gift and I've been lapse in cooking this last week
Short_bird I can relate to your one large gallstone, I had mine removed eight years ago having lived with it on a almost fat free diet for several years, as you said they don't like it if you starve them  unfortunately I had to have mine out as it started to give me pain and then found I could eat all those things again like chocolate, cheese and cream so put back the four stone plus some I had lost previously
I'm off to make chicken and vegetable soup for the next couple of lunches and to find a healthy use of the mince i took out of the freezer, probably Nasi GorengLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin0 -
Happy new year everyone.
At the tail end of the last quarter, I fell off the wagon and got left behindhowever, I am back and raring to go .
Well done to all who managed to lose last time, and sympathies to those who didnt.
My aim this time is not so much getting to goal, but managing to stay on the pitch!
Seven pounds for me please , Brambling, and thank you for organising this.0 -
