Not convinced as I think they are an unsecured creditor & bottom of the pile.

I was in the middle of switching from BG to Green Energy when they went bust. OFGEM took over and along with MSE Energy Club kept me informed and apart from getting an up to date meter reading to do nothing. I was a bit worried because Green Energy continued to take money out of my account each month. After a few months everything was sorted out OFGEM passed my account to EDF, who promised to keep to the same price as Green Energy until 2 October. It all went through smoothly, meter readings were the same as mine and all financials were correct.
If you're advised to do nothing for the time being then it will get sorted out so don't worry.4 -

I'm doing ok apart from being constantly tired, can sleep for a couple of days plus nights a week and get breathless and light headed. I'm having my check up tomorrow so hopefully will get some answers. I do pop in to see how you're all doing and like you I'm still trying to declutter. A never-ending job.5

Hope everyone is well. I must be hormonal as I'm full of rage at the moment! Getting so irritable with everyone.
We've got the window being done tomorrow so I'm stressed about that. I moved a load of stuff out of the kids room yesterday to prep, and then this morning little miss, thinking she was being good, put it all back again. I did get angry with her as I didn't really have time to do lots today hence doing it yesterday. She seems to have forgiven me this evening though.
My cat peed all over my clothes last night, though that's my fault as I left them in the bathroom. I'm tired, have too much to do, and just can't be bothered. Full of joy, me!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4
