As a full & final I mean.I think that sounds reasonable and is doable so I think I will.

I seem to be developing a cold. I've no idea why as I am the only person in the house who doesn't have contact with people! No one else has anything, so I'm hoping it will just disappear again. I didn't sleep well last night as I kept waking myself up snoring
I did a LFT earlier and that was negative.
My lottery money arrived today so I've paid that towards the mortgage along with £5 from a survey site.
One late payer on ebay has paid up so another item gone
I've just added up my miles on my phone and I've made just over 27 miles so far this month! I was expecting to have hit 25 today. I'm really pleased, I wasn't actually expecting that I'd get that far!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Lovely that they've made an offer. It would be lovely to clear another one of the list but if they can't do it on your terms it hurts them more than you. You have done so well anyway.
I seem to spending like mad lately too. Don't beat yourself up. Like I always say to you when you're this far into your journey stuff does get threadbare and you need to replace it. You're not spending frivolously and adding to debt, you're doing really well. Keep your pecker up xxxLoan 1 £5200/£8000
Loan 2 £300/£5800
Total £5500/£138004 -
I agree on the threadbare thing
I also think at some point we plateau and things can be hard for a while.

Good that you are getting offersIt does seem to go that way sometimes, everything needs replacing at once!

My cold has rather annoyingly turned into a cough! I've done another LFT which was negative, and a PCR test today which hopefully will also come back negative. I don't have much planned this weekend, so can hibernate, but I'm meant to be marshalling on Sunday at junior parkrun. Hopefully I'll get my results before then!
Little jwil got me up in the middle of the night complaining about a sore throat, so he's possibly getting it too. I couldn't get to sleep after I'd sorted him out so I'm shattered again today. A quiet weekend will do us no harm at all.
I've got to 31 miles on my walk, so I'm pleased with my progress. I use the active 10 app on my phone, and apparently have completed the govt's recommended activity levels for the last 2 weeks. Considering how sedentary I normally am, I'm pleased with that. I'm getting quite addicted to the little rewards on there
Not much to report otherwise. I haven't done my offer letter yet, I might try and do that this weekend.
Have a good weekend everyone"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4 -
