My cold is fully out today, so I feel delightful. I've had my results and they are negative so I just have bog-standard plague rather than Covid. That's good news.
I've done nothing at all today bar identify some DVDs to go. Little jwil has also got the cold, I'm hoping it doesn't turn into a cough for him!
I'm reading a gripping book at the moment, it's called 'The only plane in the sky'. It's a series of transcripts, interviews and quotes from people that have been put into a timeline of the events of 9/11. It is incredibly harrowing, but some of the stories are really poignant when you hear about how people helped each other and in many cases sacrificed themselves to try and help others. The confusion is unimaginable. People in the towers themselves were phoning their relatives to ask them to turn on the tv and let them know what was going on as they didn't know, they just knew 'something' had happened."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Hope everyone has had a nice weekend
.
I've had another quiet day today. I marshalled at parkrun and little miss completed her 21st run so she got her marathon award. We also got to meet a Paralympic bronze medallist so that was lovely.
Not much else done really. DH took little miss visiting this afternoon and I chilled out. I'm currently doing some eBay listings."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4 -

I've seen in the press today that Bulb are the latest co to have issues. I've made sure I've downloaded all my statements and taken new meter readings. I'm going to make sure I photo them to keep records until things stabilise."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
