Hey @jwil I’ve just caught up. I’m so sorry you’re suffering so badly with your anxiety. Everything is so tough right now. But happy days you ended the month with £200, that’s great. And 5000 steps is definitely more realistic.
Good luck x4 -

I hope everyone is well. I'm still up and down but gradually improving I think which is good.
I've had a busy few days on surveys, so I now have £10 to add to my amazon account and another £9-odd to go to the mortgage. I'm close to cash out on another two sites as well but one seems to have stopped sending me surveys and the other keeps screening me out which is annoying!
I've just done a muscle food order to top up the freezer so that will last a while.
I made some soup today to try and help settle my stomach. If nothing else I'm eating smaller portions so that's good.

I'm feeling better today, hurrah! Long may it last. I'm very glad it's the weekend. One more week and then a week off too.
I haven't been very productive this week, so I've got lots to do next week.
I'm hoping to get some stuff done around the house this weekend. I'm fed up with this cold weather, we had a few days of milder weather which was nice, but now it's colder again. At least we've missed all the flooding and snow that others have had to put up with though.
It's all very cheering about vaccinations progressing well and cases dropping, lets hope it stays that way. Work have said we are not likely to be back in the office until late spring/summer at the very earliest, so I'm glad I'll have a bit more time at home. DH has been asked to go in for a couple of days at the start of March for some training. I'm taking that as a positive as they wouldn't be investing in training if he was imminently to be made redundant. Fingers crossed on that aspect."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -
