I'm feeling a bit better today after a better night. I think it's definitely anxiety. Yesterday I purchased the book I used before on 'overcoming health anxiety'. I think the pandemic has triggered this for me again, and I'm losing all sense of perspective. This book helped me before, and the libraries are closed so I thought I'd buy it. Hopefully it will help again.
Tomorrow is payday so I will do my totalising today in advance. Despite a fair amount of frivolous spending (Kindle and Audible) this month, I have ended the month with over £200 in the bank. I don't think that has ever happened before! I'm so pleased. I think I'd like to buy some plants for the garden, but otherwise will send the rest to savings.
I have some listing to do as well, and I need to go to the post office to post a RM survey parcel, so I will get a walk in as well. Other than that, it will be another relaxing day as I still feel fragile. A couple of days of fasting to settle my stomach will do me no harm at all."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Those financials above don't include what's left in my account at the moment, as I haven't decided where to put it!
I'm currently doing some listing. I did go for my walk to the PO, and the sun came out while I was out which was lovely.
The kids have been a bit emotional today, I think lockdown is getting to them."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4 -
I think lockdown is really getting to everyone.
