Thanks all. I gave in and rang the doctor and asked for a triage appointment. She was lovely and has put me back on my medication - I can pick it up from the pharmacy tomorrow. On top of everything else I'm getting another cold (not ye olde coronavirus - I am sneezing, not coughing or with a temperature). Meh.
I have NT2 next to me, but she hasn't even given me 1 purr today which isn't like her - I'm in my jammies, under a blanket and ready for a snooze. Balls to feeling miserable and balls to the coronavirus, and balls, balls, balls to my debt with massive vet fees and massive court/solicitor fees.

havent forgotten your sleep cream - been a rough few months but hopefully it’s levelling out (DH got terminal cancer) will be in the post this week

You can and will conquer the debt. In the past, you did it despite exOH. Now you know it is all down to you and you won't be expecting somebody else to contribute and then being let down when they don't.
