Thanks all, I actually just had a really lazy day instead
it was freezing cold and the weekend is supposed to be lovely, so will be doing the outdoors jobs then
Ordered my new car wheel off eBay, should be with me by Saturday and when I phoned the garage they said that I can just drop it in as soon as I get it, no need to book or anything, so that should all be sorted by Monday at the latestI also ordered re-usable food/freezer bags that I spotted on Jamie Oliver's TV show, my two planned spends for the month. Going to hop over to YNAB shortly to get everything inputted for this month's budget.
OH is officially furloughed as of today, on 80% pay, but considering there will be no travel costs and we can't go anywhere, he should manage just fine on what is left over after bills.
Chest is still on and off throughout the day, don't really feel it's down to anxiety as I have felt a lot calmer about coming in to work/being out grocery shopping of late, so going to continue to monitor it and take it easy for now. Going to come out of this a bit more wobbly around the edges if it doesn't clear off soon
Not much else to report for now, will catch up on diaries at some point today, iPad and phone do not want to play ball when loading up MSE! X3 -

Some good news - my replacement wheel will be arriving tomorrow so I can drop it into the garage on Friday and have it all done and dusted by the weekend. Even better, as long as the labour isn't too much, it'll all have come out of my monthly budget with no eating into savings or going onto a credit card. I'm assuming as they've just said I can drop it in, that it's not a very time consuming or expensive job, plus the only costs will be labour as I have bought the wheel and they are putting my current tyre on my replacement wheel.
Had a blinding headache all day, no pills of any sort to be found at work, and I know our local shop only has ibuprofen which I'm not supposed to take with my current prescription, so can't wait to get home and take some medicine.
At least next week I will half a half day on the Friday and the following Monday, though I still think a full lockdown is heading our way when they deem it the "right time" ….

Morning everyone!
The headache did not fade even after I took some pills, but thankfully it was gone by this morning.
I am officially cleaning our building whilst our cleaners are self isolating, so on top of my normal wage I will be getting paid for 3 hours cleaning per day, so this month's pay will be nice as I will have also officially finished repaying all of our tax. I think I will hold off on doubling my pension contribution until things level out, there is still so much uncertainty at the moment that I would feel more comfortable taking the extra income for now, and then increasing the contribution once things are more stable.
I made my last non-essential purchase yesterday and got some more skincare stuff from Beauty Pie, as some things I have had my eye on are now back in stock, and also because I have no eyebrow pencil or powder left but don't want to go non-essential shopping so have ordered one of those, too, my disposable income left now until mid-month is purely for the cost of changing my wheel over tomorrow.
I am adamant to get back into a more active routine this weekend and go into next week with some better habits in place. I also want to get some proper self-care done this weekend, all the stuff I usually do when I'm home alone, I just need to get over my self-consciousness of someone seeing me mid-tanning process or with a face mask on/eyebrow tint onI know OH won't actually care or probably even comment, I'm just so used to doing it alone
Greys anatomy came back to our screens last nightsoooo looking forward to finally catching up with that!

It is Friday at last!
My wheel is finally arriving today, it was supposed to be yesterday but by the evening all it said on the DPD website was that they didn't have it yet, so I was getting concerned, but I've had the time slot through for today so no worries anymore.
Going to take it to the garage tomorrow morning as I will need to do more shopping for my nan on Monday, I also want them to take a look at the brakes as my stopping distance is starting to increase and I'm having to really hammer the brakes to stop in a decent time. Hopefully it's something under warranty from when they did the brakes a while ago, otherwise I will be very annoyed that all I've done lately is help people out and somehow got BAD karma
Today I need to pop to the post office to send some medicine to my sister for my nephew as she hasn't been able to get hold of any, that to me comes under helping the vulnerable so don't feel too bad about having to go to the post office.
Made my VSP transfer this morning which takes that to over £80, which is a good amount to have saved without really noticing, so I am pleased I started that.
£20 in the pot for my YNAB for next year, £50 in the EF part of my VSP/EF pot, and nearly £80 in my LISA, little pots at the moment but much better than nothing
