Hope you manage to get your washing up liquid DIA! I'm still trying to source some dishwasher salt! No luck at all the past couple of weeks.I'm glad your neighbours turned the drill off in the end. I've turned the TV off while on on the boards - the girl upstairs with the music is now singing! I can hear her faintly - alas Adele she is not!🤣🤣🤣. I'm turning the TV back on.....Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Glad you enjoyed your cycle ride 🚴♀️Will be doing more gardening today. A border full of bluebells will look lovely when the weeds are gone. Definitely doing the wallpaper stripping today. As next door get into the extension it will be noisy and the room up for decorating is not adjoining our shared wall. A friend has noise reducing headphones so I might look into buying a pair to protect my sanity over the coming months.
If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

I woke up feeling off and remembering negative events. I think all the anxiety and stress of the virus rubbed off on me. People of all ages and some with no health conditions are being affected... I decided to prepare an overnight bag in case I ever needed to go into hospital although if I had the virus I suppose having a toothbrush and clean bedclothes would be the least of my worries.
Thinking of finances all the time too although logically I should be okay for the next few months.
Trying to plan ahead and get some noise cancelling headphones so I can work undisturbed even when building works next door begin.
On the upside, a NSD today
A good laugh and chat with a friend
No drilling
Hope you are all okay and enjoying the sunshine.

I think the Italy photos suggest a no clothes and a complete lack of dignity if you get it seriously enough. I hadn't really thought of a hospital bag. I've ruined all my nightclothes with paint - so would have nothing decent to wear anyway LOL.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

If you are getting noise cancelling headphones , you may consider whereabouts you'd need them most .If using in bed, then Sleepphones are very good . Main reason is that you can actually sleep with them on , as there are no bulky parts. It's like wearing a headband in bed . Plus they do Bluetooth ones too . If you're going for the usual noise cancelling ones, AKG do good ones and are a bit cheaper than Bose. They're available at richer sounds . Having said that , QVC advertise Bose so you get 30 day no quibble trial.
Sorry to hear that you are out of sorts DIA . I am convinced that are brains are like cds that play random things in our heads ,and the remote contol is broken. I think we all get ( and will always get ) bad thoughts now and again . In most cases it will pass and will happen less ,the more we progress in the right direction . Bear in mind you are still planning to go forward and put the past stuff behind ,so without knowing it and subconsciously there's still going to be the odd day here and there .
I've just been watching penguins attacking each other, and we think we have problems 🐧9 -
